Services

This is work that happens in the right order.

We don’t offer random services or one-off fixes.

We evaluate first, decide what matters, and build in stages—so time and money go toward the things that actually move the business forward.

How Services Are Sequenced

This work follows a clear sequence, so time, money, and effort go toward the right things — in the right order.

Everyone starts with a conversation. What happens next depends on where your business is today.  New businesses and existing businesses access different Service Packages.

All work ultimately leads into build.

How Services Are Packaged

Service packages are designed to match the stage of your business — and the work always starts in the right place.

  • New businesses:  Begin with a foundation before moving into build.

  • Existing businesses:  Build work is not scoped or priced for existing businesses without an evaluation.

Packages provide clear outcomes and defined scope, and are structured to support the sequence above without overbuilding or guesswork.

Talk - Free

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

This is a working discussion to understand what you’re building, where things stand, and what you’re trying to accomplish.

It’s not a pitch and there’s no prep required.

The goal is to confirm fit and determine the right next step.

Foundation Conversation + Checklist

$300

If you’re just getting started and don’t yet have a logo, website, or systems in place, we don’t evaluate — we orient.

This step is designed to establish clarity before anything is built.

It includes:

  • A focused foundation conversation

  • A readiness checklist to identify what needs to be decided

  • Clear guidance on what should be built first — and what should wait

This ensures new businesses don’t overbuild, guess, or move out of order. From here, we move directly into build.

Evaluation + Prioritize

$500

If your business is already operating — even if it feels messy or unclear — we start with evaluation.

This package provides a clear, informed starting point.

For established businesses, the focus is diagnosing what’s working, what’s misaligned, and what needs attention first.

You’ll receive:

  • A structured evaluation of what’s currently in place

  • Clear identification of what’s working, what’s missing, and what’s getting in the way

  • A prioritized sequence for what should be addressed first — and what should wait

  • A live walkthrough of findings and recommended next steps

  • A documented roadmap you can reference moving forward

Most clients use this roadmap for the next 3–6 months to guide decisions and growth.

This is not a consultation or brainstorming session. It’s decision-making work.

Build (In Stages)

Custom Price

All build work happens after either a foundation start or an evaluation.

Build work is completed in focused stages, starting with what matters most. Each stage is complete on its own so progress is real and measurable.

Depending on your situation, build work may include:

  • Website builds, rebuilds, or simplifications

  • Brand identity development, refinement, or cleanup

  • Messaging and positioning alignment

  • Google Business Profile setup or optimization

  • SEO structure and foundational optimization

  • Social platform setup, structure, and content planning

  • Ongoing visibility and marketing support

You don’t have to do everything at once — but the order matters.

How the Work Is Structured

The work follows a clear sequence.

Each step builds on the one before it, so time, cost, and effort stay focused. You don’t have to do everything at once — but the order matters.

Businesses enter at different stages. The path adjusts based on whether you’re brand new or already operating — but the work always stays structured.

1.  Talk (Free)

We start with a conversation to understand what’s happening and what you’re trying to accomplish.

This is a working discussion, not a pitch. The goal is to confirm fit and decide whether moving forward makes sense.

From here, we’ll either recommend an evaluation (for existing businesses) or a foundation build (for brand-new businesses).

2. Evaluate + Prioritize (Paid)

Next, we evaluate your business and walk you through what we see.

We review what’s already in place — or what needs to be created — and identify what’s working, what’s missing, and what needs to come first.

3.  Build (In Stages)

From there, build work happens in stages — starting with what matters most.

Each stage is complete on its own, so progress is real and measurable. You can move step by step or commit to multiple stages at once.

This structure keeps costs predictable and prevents wasted work.

Service Packages

We offer structured packages that align with how the work actually happens — from evaluation to build.

Each stage is complete on its own, with clear outcomes and pricing, and is designed to lead naturally into the next when you’re ready.

Talk

FREE

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

This is not a pitch or a surface-level intake call. It’s a working discussion to understand what’s going on and whether it makes sense to move forward.

We’ll talk through what your business does, what exists today (or doesn’t yet), what you’ve tried, and what you want to improve.

There’s no prep required, and you don’t need to have the problem figured out.

The goal is to meet, answer questions about how we work, explain how the process is structured, and decide whether an evaluation is the right next step.

No analysis or recommendations are provided at this stage.

Moving forward means entering a paid engagement, which is outlined below.

Build

CUSTOM

Build work is based on what’s identified during the evaluation and happens in stages. It is scoped and priced after the evaluation, based on what the business actually needs—not preselected packages.

Each stage addresses a specific set of priorities and is completed before moving on.

Depending on your situation, build work may include things like:

  • Website updates or a full rebuild

  • Messaging and positioning refinement

  • Google Business Profile setup or cleanup

  • Social structure and content planning

  • Brand new build, tightening or refresh

  • Other foundational marketing elements as needed

The scope and cost of the build work are set after evaluation, so you know exactly what’s involved before anything begins.

You can move forward one stage at a time or commit to multiple stages upfront. Bundled options are available when committing in advance.

How We Decide What Comes First

Businesses come to us for different reasons — branding, a website, visibility, or a full rebuild.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or already operating, we begin by looking at the whole picture.

That’s because branding, websites, Google presence, and ongoing activity don’t work in isolation. What’s needed — and in what order — depends on what already exists or needs to be established to support growth.

This process ensures the work is scoped correctly — whether that means establishing a foundation for a new business or refining what already exists.

Ready to Get Started?

If you want direction instead of guessing — and a clear path forward that fits your business — the next step is a conversation.

We’ll confirm fit, explain how this applies to your situation, and decide whether an evaluation is the right place to begin.
