Before we build anything, we evaluate what the business needs, based on what exists today — or what needs to be created.
 
We use the same evaluation lens every time to see what’s working, what’s missing, and what needs to happen next — in the right order.
 
Located. Explained. Directed. Trusted. Maintained.
 
This is how we identify where effort is paying off — and where it isn’t.

The Evaluation Process

Each part of our evaluation is grounded in real, tangible pieces of your business.
We don’t assess these in isolation — we look at how they support (or undermine) the five conditions that allow effort to turn into results.

Located.

Can people find you?

Here's What We Are Checking:

  • Whether you have a website or need one

  • Google Business Profile setup, accuracy, and completeness

  • Basic search visibility

  • Whether someone can tell they’ve found the right business

 

This applies whether you’re brand new or already operating.

Explained.

When someone finds you, do they understand what you do?

Here's What We Are Checking:

  • Website structure and messaging

  • Whether your offer is clearly defined

  • Whether someone can understand what you do within seconds

  • Whether your explanation requires interpretation

 

For new businesses, we look at what needs to be defined — not just what needs to be designed.

Directed.

Once someone understands what you do, do they know what to do next?

Here's What We Are Checking:

  • How someone starts working with you

  • Calls to action across your site and profiles

  • Whether expectations are set clearly

  • Whether the next step feels obvious or uncertain

 

If the path forward isn’t clear, people usually don’t move.

Trusted.

Does everything reinforce the same story?

Here's What We Are Checking:

  • Logo and visual identity

  • Branding consistency across platforms

  • Messaging alignment between your website, Google presence, and social channels

  • Signals that either build confidence or introduce doubt

 

We’re looking at whether what exists today supports trust — or whether key elements need to be created, refined, or brought into alignment.

Maintained.

Are the right things being kept up over time?

Here's What We Are Checking:

  • Social platforms and focus

  • Google Business Profile updates

  • Whether effort is concentrated or scattered

  • Whether there’s a realistic plan to maintain what exists

 

This is often where results stall, even when everything else looks “fine.”

Why This Matters

These pieces don’t work on their own.

A strong logo can’t fix an unclear offer.  A website won’t convert if the next step isn’t obvious.
Consistent posting won’t help if the message keeps shifting.

 

The evaluation looks at how all of this works together — or doesn’t — so the next steps are clear before anything is built.
